When we talk about “personal information” in this privacy policy, we are talking both about device information and order information.

We also provide an option on the website to sign up to be added to our email mailing list (newsletter). We do not store email addresses for this list unless your consent has been given using a double-opt in system via MailChimp (a third party mailing list provider). We will always provide an option to unsubscribe from this list if you wish to be removed and we will only ever use the data provided to contact you about information regarding the shop. For example, new product launches, sales and promotions and general shop updates.


We use the order information that we collect to fulfill any orders placed through the website (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with receipts and order confirmation).

Additionally, we use this order information to:

– communicate with you regarding your order if necessary
– check our orders for any potential risk or fraud

We use the device information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud and more generally to improve and optimise our site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the shop, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
